Many dead people at the Love Parade
At the dutch Pinkpop festival there were never deads because of time and money (1 million) set aside for security. Organiser Jan Smeets helds the Duisburg licensing authority responsible. According to Jan they should never allow for a free festival and he advocates for smaller events in Germany.
